How do I return an item?

Returns & Replacements


o All Sales Are Final

§ All equipment is fully tested and deemed functional at time of shipment. Defective equipment may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at American Jewelry Supply's discretion for the same model. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within SEVEN (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.

§ At American Jewelry Supply's discretion, if the item is returned within THIRTY (30) days, in the original packaging and can be sold as new, a credit or replacement will be issued for the cost of the item.

§ American Jewelry Supply cannot credit the freight and handling charges.

§ American Jewelry Supply honor all manufacturer's warranty policies.

§ If a product needs to be returned to the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for any freight costs.

§ Refer to the conditions for restocking fees.

o Refunds & Credits

§ Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase minus any restocking and shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account within FOURTEEN (14) business days.

§ Credit card refunds are subject to store credit at American Jewelry Supply's discretion.

o Conditions

§ Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, American Jewelry Supply reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee between 15-25%

· All returned or exchanged equipment must be in new condition, in the original box, and must include all packing material, digital media, manuals, cords, and all accessories.

· American Jewelry Supply is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

· American Jewelry Supply is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

o No Return/Exchange on the following

§ All consumable items once unwrapped and/or used are not returnable.

§ Any equipment that has been tampered with physically or digitally (i.e. altering maintenance settings, the programming, or logs) will void the warranty and cannot be returned.

§ Opened and used tools are subject to a restocking fee.
