Paragon furnaces come in two types: firebrick and ceramic fiber insulation. Firebricks heat more slowly than ceramic fiber. Heating elements are easy to replace in firebrick models. In the ceramic fiber models, elements and the ceramic fiber muffle are replaced as a single unit.

Digital Programmable Fiber Burnout Furnace Paragon Firebrick Insulation Furnace | W-14-3 Paragon Firebrick Insulation Furnace | W-13-2
Energy efficient furnaces for jewelry and ceramic. The firing chamber is a one piece ceramic fiber shell with embedded elements. For greater thermal efficiency the space between the steel case and the fiber shell is packed with extra fiber insulation. The door seals tightly with a heavy spring latch. All the controls are located in the base. Reaches 1000 °F (538 °C) in 30 minutes. The Paragon Firebrick Furnace is available with either an infinite control switch or a digital temperature controller. With the infinite control, you can manually adjust the firing speed. The digital controller saves time, makes casting more reliable, and gives consistently repeatable results. The heating element is deeply recessed for easy replacement.

The 12-key Sentry controller has 3 built-in, easy-to-use programs. Paragon furnaces use a heavy-gauge steel case to minimize corrosion.

The Paragon E14 with Sentry Xpress 3-Key Controller is a Steel Chassis Kiln with Insulating Fire-Brick and a groove mounted element. It measures 13″W x 8.75″H x 13.5″D inside. The E14 is rated to 2000° F. It fires on 220 Volts and needs no other heating source. Rated to 3120 Watts. Overall dimensions 29″W x 29″H x 29″D.

The Paragon digital Xpress-E-10A fires to 2000°F- ideal for enameling, china painting, glass art and jewelry lost wax casting. The digital Sentry Xpress controller includes temperature hold, making this kiln suitable for silver clay. The 3-key digital controller is in the base. The front control panel is tilted for easy operation of the digital controller. Because this model no longer has the side-mounted switch box, it saves tabletop space.

Unlatch and open the door with one hand; the latch operates so smoothly that delicate copper enameling or silver clay pieces remain undisturbed while opening or closing the door.

The door opens smoothly on a heavy-duty 1/2” hinge shaft. The firebricks store heat for quick temperature recovery after removing a copper enameling piece.

The heating element, exposed in dropped, recessed insulating firebrick grooves, is easy to replace. It needs no element pins. Unlatch and open the door with one hand. No extra stand is needed; the built-in base stays cool during operation.

The Xpress-E-10 can now ship by UPS. Enjoy lower shipping cost and faster service. Specially designed cartons and foam padding assure that the kiln will arrive safely.
