Product Description Technical Specs

Eishin Kaname CE rotating burnout furnace
Features
Improved reduced mold temperature drop when opening and closing the doors.
By dividing the door from one to two, the upper and lower doors can be opened and closed individually, preventing cold air from entering the furnace and preventing the mold temperature from dropping when opening and closing the door during casting.
Power saving
When the door is opened and closed during casting, the temperature inside the furnace drops, so the heater output is increased again, which consumes electricity.
With two doors, the temperature drop in the furnace is less than with a single door, so power consumption is minimal.
Structural change reduces odor and smoke.
In the old model, most of the wax smoke and odor was burned only in the
secondary firing furnace, In the new model, the structure has been changed to actively burn wax smoke and odors on the primary side as well. Succeeded in reducing wax odor and smoke compared to the old model.
Install thermocouples next to the upper and lower molds.
In older models, the thermocouple was placed between the upper and lower tables and the exact temperature near the mold was unknown. In the new model, thermocouples are installed next to the mold on the upper and lower tables so that the temperature can be measured as close to the mold as possible. This allows casting at a more accurate mold temperature than the older model.
Thermocouple safety feature.
Upper and lower thermocouples stop operation if Kaname reaches 1,000°C above the set temperature. Also, if one of the thermocouples is broken, the operation continues with the thermocouple that is not broken and an error is displayed.
Switching control of upper and lower thermocouples.
In the old model, the position of the thermocouple was in the middle of the upper and lower tables, so the mold temperature was ambiguous. Also, in order to adjust the mold temperature before casting, the mold may be moved up and down. With the new model, it is possible to select whether the upper or lower thermocouple is used for temperature control before casting, allowing more accurate control of mold temperature.
Data logging.
The set temperature, measured temperature, afterburner temperature, etc. are logged every minute, and it is possible to provide feedback after burnout.
Program
■ Maximum setting temperature: 950 degrees
■ Maximum number of steps: 12 steps (1 step = rise + keep)
■ Number of programs: 20 programs
