Temperature ramp up from 0-700°F in 45 min. and 700-1400°F in an additional 15 min., approx. Features include heavy duty element, side opening door, top venting for moisture and wax escape. Convenient front viewing of control panel. These units use the same one step digital controller. The operator will pre-set or key in the desired operating temperature. The unit will automatically ramp to the set temperature, automatically tune into the set temperature and hold the temperature, until the controller temperature set point is changed by the operator, either higher or lower. An optional audible alarm is available. The audible alarm will sound when the set temperature is reached. Max. Temperature 2000°F. Additional Features: Door Limit Switch on J102 & J202: For your safety a built-in door limit switch turns off the power to the kiln when the door is opened and restores the power when the kiln door is closed. The J-102 & J202 have a built-in cabinet fan allows the electrical controls to remain cooler during the operation of the kiln. This will help to extend the life of the controls.
